This Privacy Policy applies to Amplify Schedule and explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data when you use our app, website, API, social media integrations, and related services.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, use our services, connect social accounts, schedule content, or contact support.
- Account information, such as name and email address.
- Social media account connections, OAuth tokens, account identifiers, selected pages, boards, channels, or profiles.
- Content you create, upload, schedule, publish, or manage through Amplify Schedule.
- Usage, diagnostics, security, billing, and support information.
How We Use Your Information
We use information to provide, maintain, secure, and improve Amplify Schedule.
- To operate our social media management and scheduling platform.
- To connect social accounts that you authorise through OAuth.
- To process, schedule, publish, and track posts that you create or approve.
- To provide analytics, account health, support, billing, security, and abuse prevention.
Third-Party Services
Amplify Schedule integrates with social platforms and service providers to deliver requested features. When you connect a social account, you authorise us to access the data and permissions shown by that provider’s OAuth consent screen. We use connected-platform data only to provide the features requested by the authorised user.
Pinterest User Data
When you connect Pinterest, Amplify Schedule uses Pinterest OAuth to request permission to provide features you choose, such as connecting your Pinterest account, selecting boards, creating Pins, scheduling Pins, and showing available Pinterest account information inside your workspace.
We use Pinterest data only to provide services to the Pinterest account holder who authorised access. We do not sell Pinterest data, share Pinterest data with advertising services, or combine Pinterest account information with other users’ Pinterest data.
We store only the information needed to operate the integration, such as OAuth tokens, connected account identifiers, selected board identifiers, Pin content you create in Amplify Schedule, publishing status, and support or security logs. We call Pinterest APIs when needed to provide the requested feature.
You can disconnect Pinterest from Amplify Schedule at any time. You may also request deletion of your account and associated data through our contact or support channels.
Google User Data
When you connect a Google service such as YouTube, Amplify Schedule may access Google user data that you authorise through Google OAuth, including channel information, video upload permissions, read-only YouTube data, and YouTube analytics data depending on the scopes you approve.
We use Google user data only to provide user-facing features you request, such as connecting your YouTube channel, publishing scheduled video content, displaying account information, and showing analytics inside your Amplify Schedule workspace.
We do not sell Google user data. We do not share, transfer, or disclose Google user data to third parties except to service providers that help us operate Amplify Schedule under confidentiality and security obligations, to connected platforms when required to perform an action you request, when legally required, or with your explicit direction or consent.
We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not allow humans to read Google user data unless necessary for security, support, legal compliance, or with your permission. Amplify Schedule’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with infrastructure, storage, analytics, payment, email, logging, and support providers that help us operate the service, with connected social platforms when needed to perform actions you request, when legally required, or with your consent.
Data Storage and Security
We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal information, or object to certain processing. You may disconnect connected social accounts from Amplify Schedule at any time.
